ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.
The Beauty Bin will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address. Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.
Shipping & handling is a taxable service. Certain beauty products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories.
What About Gift Cards?
Gift Cards will receive free standard ground shipping & handling. When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping & handling charges will be applied to the value of the other items, not the Gift Cards. Express shipping & handling options are available for Gift Cards shipped within the lower 48 states, excluding PO Boxes, for an additional fee of $14.99 for Express (2-Day) and $19.99 for Overnight. These charges are in addition to the shipping & handling charges for your merchandise. Please note funds may take up to 48 hours to appear on your Gift Card, even if you ship overnight. Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in issues not covered by Blondies Beauty. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or packages delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.
Cancel Your Full or Partial Order
Problem with your order? Changed your mind? No problem! Once you place an order, you have up to 2 hours to cancel your items. Please note that overnight and second day shipping orders cannot be canceled.

After canceling your items, you may still see a pending charge. This charge should disappear within 5-7 business days. Contact your financial institution for any clarification on pending charges.
RETURN POLICY:

If you're not completely happy with a purchase for any reason, just return it for a full refund within 30 days. Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you don't have proof of purchase, we'll let you exchange or give you store credit for the current price. If you are charged more than the posted or advertised price, we will refund the difference.

If you ordered items online, you can also ship your items back to us.

• We will email back a prepaid shipping label. Include the invoice with your items, place the prepaid shipping label on the outside of the box and take your package to the nearest USPS drop-off locations. Returns will Not be accepted without prior authorization.
Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
