Orders

How do I place an order?

Shopping at The Beauty Bin is simple. Browse our full catalog at thebeautybin.com, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is complete.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. You have up to 2 hours from the time of purchase to request a modification or cancellation by contacting us at info@thebeautybin.com or by calling/texting (561) 292-1318.

Orders placed with Express or Overnight shipping cannot be cancelled once submitted, as they are prioritized for immediate fulfillment.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order number, a summary of your items, and your shipping address. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also log in to your account at thebeautybin.com to view your order history at any time.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! The Beauty Bin gift cards make the perfect present for any beauty lover. Gift cards are shipped via standard ground service at no additional cost. Express shipping is available for gift cards shipped within the contiguous 48 states for an additional fee. Please note that gift card funds may take up to 48 hours to activate after shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options and how much do they cost?

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within one business day. The following options are available:

Available options will be displayed at checkout. Orders are not processed on US federal holidays.

When will my order be dispatched?

In-stock items are shipped once your payment has been approved and your delivery address has been verified. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3–9 business days, and APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Certain aerosol products are restricted from these address types.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, The Beauty Bin ships exclusively within the United States and US Territories. International shipping is part of our future plans, sign up for our newsletter at thebeautybin.com to be notified when it becomes available.

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also log into your account at thebeautybin.com and view real-time tracking under Order History. Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package, what should I do?

Please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbours or other members of your household
  • Look in any secure locations around your property
  • Allow one additional business day, carriers occasionally mark items as delivered slightly early
  • Contact us within 7 days at info@thebeautybin.com or (561) 292-1318 and we will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original or gently used condition with at least 70% of the product remaining. Returns are accepted for: product not suitable for your skin or hair type, allergic or adverse reactions, items that arrived damaged or incorrect, or products that did not deliver expected results (store credit or exchange).

Items marked as Final Sale, single-use products, opened fragrances, and prescription-grade skincare are not eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Contact us by emailing info@thebeautybin.com, texting or calling (561) 292-1318, or using our returns portal. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, a photo of the outer packaging, and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

When will I receive my refund?
  • Original payment method: 3–5 business days to process, plus 2–3 business days for your bank to post the credit
  • Store credit: issued within 24 hours
  • Exchange: replacement order ships within 1–2 business days

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. Your card is not charged until your order ships.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Do I need an account to place an order?
