Subscription FAQs
Yes, absolutely. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment required. Simply log into your portal, find your active subscription, and select Pause or Cancel.
You can access your customer portal in two ways:
- Via the magic link included in the confirmation email you received when you first placed your subscription order
- By logging into your account at thebeautybin.com and navigating to My Subscriptions
Yes. In your customer portal, each upcoming delivery has a Skip option next to it. You can also reschedule a delivery by selecting a new date using the Reschedule button. Changes take effect immediately and your next billing date will update accordingly.
Yes. In your customer portal, click Edit on your subscription to add new products, remove existing ones, or swap to a different size or variant. Changes apply from your next renewal.
If a renewal payment is unsuccessful, you will receive an email with a secure link to update your payment details. Your subscription will not be cancelled automatically. Once your payment information is updated, your order will be processed and shipped as normal.
Yes. You will receive a reminder email before each upcoming charge so you always know when your next delivery is on the way. This gives you time to skip, reschedule, or make any changes before the order is processed.
Yes. You can set up multiple subscriptions for different products, each with its own delivery frequency. All of your active subscriptions are managed in one place in your customer portal.
Yes. Your subscriber discount is applied automatically at checkout on your first order and on every subsequent renewal. You do not need to enter a code. The discounted price is shown clearly before you complete your order.
