- Certain aerosol products may be restricted from these locations
8. International Shipping
The Beauty Bin currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap. Sign up at thebeautybin.com to be notified when it launches.

10. Delayed, Lost & Damaged Shipments
Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within 2 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost Packages
- Check with neighbours and your building's mail area
- Allow 1 additional business day, carriers occasionally scan early
- Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
- We will file a carrier claim and either reship or issue a full refund
Damaged in Transit
Take photos of the outer packaging and damaged items, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
11. Restricted Items & Hazardous Materials
Some products containing aerosols or alcohol-based ingredients can only be shipped via ground transport, are not eligible for express or 2-day shipping, and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. These are clearly marked on their product pages.
12. PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Free standard shipping on $50+ applies. 2-Day and Express shipping are not available for these addresses.
